Customer Reviews
Good value, solid experience
I bought the English Breakfast tea and a scone mix. The tea itself is quite good for the price, a nice robust flavor. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which I always appreciate. It took about five days to get to me, which is reasonable. My only minor complaint is that the scone mix instructions were a tiny bit unclear about oven temperature, but I figured it out.
Consistently good tea and service
This isn't my first time ordering from Open Door Tea, and they're always reliable. I usually grab their Peppermint Tea, and this order was just as good as the last few. The flavor is strong and it always helps me unwind. Shipping was a little slower this time, took about 5 days instead of the usual 3-4, but it still arrived well-packaged. I keep coming back because their quality is consistent, which is hard to find sometimes.
Good tea, fast shipping
I ordered some Earl Grey tea last week because I was running low, and it got here pretty quick, like 3 days to my place in Ohio. The tea itself is really nice, tastes fresh. I just wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price.
Good value on my first tea order
I was looking for a good deal on some chai tea and saw Open Door Tea had a decent selection. I ended up getting the Spiced Chai and a tea infuser. The free shipping over $50 was a nice bonus, and the overall price felt fair for the quality. It took about a week to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but the product itself was good. I think it was worth the purchase, especially since I got a new infuser with it.
Consistently good tea and service
This was my fifth order from Open Door Tea, and they delivered again. I picked up some more English Breakfast tea and a new herbal blend. The quality of the tea is always top-notch, and it arrived in about 3 days to my place in Ohio, which is pretty standard. I did notice the packaging for the herbal blend felt a little less secure than my previous orders, but nothing was damaged. I keep coming back because their blends are just so reliable.
Nice quality, quick delivery
I ordered the Peppermint Tea and a basic tea infuser. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything without hassle. Delivery was quite prompt, arriving in just four business days to my location in New York. The tea leaves were fresh and fragrant, brewing a very pleasant cup. The infuser is standard, works as expected. I did notice the packaging for the infuser was a bit excessive for such a small item, but it arrived safely.
Great deal on a gift set
I was looking for a gift for my sister and saw Open Door Tea had some gift sets. I ended up getting one with a teapot and some chai tea. The price was really good, especially since I got free shipping because it was over $50. I usually shop around for deals, and this felt like a solid purchase. The teapot looked pretty nice, not super fancy but sturdy. My sister loved the chai, she said it brewed really well. The only thing is I wish there were more options for customization in the sets.
Good tea, easy shopping
I grabbed some Earl Grey loose leaf tea a bit ago. It shipped pretty fast, only took about 3 days to get here. The tea tastes really good, and it was easy to find what I wanted on their site. Wish they had more options for small sample sizes though.

How long does shipping usually take to California? Trying to get a gift set for someone's birthday next week.
are their 'wellness teas' actually good or just marketing fluff? like for sleep tea or detox stuff, does it really do anything?
hey, trying to order some tea for my mom in california, does opendoor tea ship all over the US or just connecticut?
Thinking of trying some of their wellness teas, specifically the sleep one. Are they actually good quality or just fancy packaging?
Can I use two different promo codes on one order? Like a first-time buyer discount AND a seasonal sale code?
how's the shipping time if I order to New York City? trying to get some tea before a party next weekend.
Hey, anyone know if the free shipping over $50 deal applies automatically or if I need a code for it?
quick question about discounts. I got a 10% off code for signing up for the newsletter, but I also saw a banner for 15% off seasonal blends. can I use both on the same order?
